    Hello, I already delete the license and the plugin in my previous staging site, but when I try to use it on another website, I see the features for a day, then the next day I just can see the shortcut in text (no license is activated).

    Please let me know if there I anything else I need to do or if you can reset my license so I can be able to use it again.

    Hello,

    We have reset your license. Now you will be able to reuse it.

    For the future, there is an option to activate the plugin on a new domain/sub-domain/directory/sub-directory, you need to deactivate the purchase code/license from the existing domain/sub-domain/directory/sub-directory where it is installed now.

    The license is still becoming inactive after a couple of hour after being activated. I need to fix this ass soon asl possible because the site is going live in three days.

    It is still deactivating by itself. I am using Amazon Lightsail, I don’t know if this give you more information about the issue so you can help me with a solution.

    If there is no solution, I will be issuing a refund request in Themerofest.

    I need to reset it from the previous domain because I deleted that Lightsail Instance (so I can’t deactivate the license by my self).

    I buy another license but the same is happening. At this point I am desperate and very disappointed of this plugin and your customer service.

    It is still not working, you send me an email with a “new code”, but is the same second license I purchase (and guess what, it is still not working).

    You don’t create this license form me, I buy another license and it is still not working. I would appreciate if you could help me find u with the license keeps deactivating after a couple of minutes of being active.

    I am using Amazon lightsail, so maybe this can help you find out the reason of the deactivation. I ready your message the says that no one have this issue before, but this information is not helpful, so please actually give the “support” you advertise your give and try to find out why this is happening.

    Hello, it is possible the issue is happening because I am using the license in an WordPress installation with an Static IP Address instead of a domain?

    Also when I try to activate the pre order function there is an error message that says choose delivery/pickup time (but it is already selected from the dropdown time menu.

    Is there an issue with the store opening at 11am and closing at 3am the next day? This is our business hours but when I activate the choose delivery date option the store remains closed.

    It can be an issue.

    Moreover, please set day-wise Working hours where opening time & closing time will be the same day, not today to tomorrow.

    Is there a way I can accomplish this? Vaciase those are the business hours and the business will not be willing to change that just because of the plug-in.
