    i have windows hosting plan, and i am using godaddy. when i am trying to install required plugins i am getting this message from wordpress,
    The following required plugins are currently inactive: CMB2, Contact Form 7 and Redux Framework.
    The following recommended plugins are currently inactive: All In One Seo Pack and WHMCS Bridge.

    Please make sure you have the latest version of WordPress and update your hosting server PHP version to minimum 5.6.25 or newer.

    Moreover, please follow the steps from the provided documentation to install the theme in the proper way.

    Please Note: After installing the plugins you must have to activate the plugins.

    hello team, godaddy saying they support only 5.6 version, please give me support on it. i can give you my godaddy user details from where u can update it. make it fast

    Only GoDaddy (your hosting provider) can assist you on this issue. We are really sorry to say that we are unable to assist you on this issue.

    Moreover, it’s a requirement of the theme that your hosting server PHP version must be minimum 5.6.25 or newer. Otherwise, the theme will not work properly.

    hello team,
    i have updated php version to 5.6.33 and able to install some plugins, but still below plugins are not getting installed.
    One Click Demo Importer, Redux Framework and WPBakery Visual Composer, WooCommerce.
    giving me error, Installation failed: Connection Timed Out Connection Timed Out <!– default “Connection Timed Out” response (504) –>

    ‘WPBakery Visual Composer’ is even not a link.

    However, we will suggest you change your server. Otherwise, the issue will not fix. This is because it’s all about your slow server issue.

    If you need Woocommerce, then install and activate the Woocommerce plugin.
