    Hi,

    i’have some problems on my checkout page:

    1) My checkout page looks totally different compare to your demo.

    2) I can’t complete the order because of an error message ” Delivery/Pickup Time is a required field” – but this option is disabled.

    Dear Cecilia,

    1) You are not using our provided theme. That’s why your checkout page looks totally different compare to your demo because of your theme.

    2) We didn’t find any error message ” Delivery/Pickup Time is a required field”. Please provide a screenshot of the issue.

    However, based on our system the Delivery/Pickup Time is required to complete an order. Because when a customer wants the Food Delivery/Pickup it’s mandatory to know for Delivery/Pickup.

    There may have some settings issues. Please check out the FoodBook documentation https://themelooks.net/documentation/plugin/foodbook/ or describe us your needs.

    Look at my screenshot :

    1) On the delivery settings there is delivery options, i can set: “none” – “only delivery” – “only pickup” – “both” .
    I set on “only delivery” ( screenshot n.1 ), but it makes an error on the checkout page, i can’t see any button to place the order, and also the payment options disappear. ( screenshot n.2 )

    2) On the delivery setting – if delivery options are disabled – on the check out page it is impossible to place the order because of an error message .( screenshot n.3 )

    In conclusion: i can’t place order !

    Please try to fix the problem.

    You must check/set this option https://prnt.sc/10m4cjd to fix the issue. As we mentioned before “based on our system the Delivery/Pickup Time is required to complete an order. Because when a customer wants the Food Delivery/Pickup it’s mandatory to know for Delivery/Pickup.”

    I set the option that you show me on your screenshot but i have always the SAME PROBLEM.

    On the checkout page i can’t send the order because of an error message ” Delivery/Pickup Time is a required field”

    i updated the plugin today, i downloaded the last version on my Envato account.

    But nothing has changed!

    I have the same problem.

    On my checkout page is impossible to complete the order…

    Always the same error message about Delivery/pickup field.

    I can’t wait anymore.

    Or you fix the problem today or i want the refound.

    I set “none” in the option, and now on the checkout page there is no payment method.

    I can’t use Foodbook in that way.

    So again, how can i ask for refound ?

    Dear Cecilia,

    None is not an option of delivery type. So, you have to select an option like Delivery/Pickup Both or Only Delivery or Only Pickup to get everything working. If you don’t provide any delivery type then why you are using this online ordering system?
