    Dear Support Staff,

I’m experiencing a problem probably due to a bug.

I’m using Euro currency, which comes with default 2 decimals: eg. 10,00 €

When I add a product (a pizza), which costs, lets’s say, 10,00 € and select the feature which is added ingredients for 3,00 € the total displayed is 1003,00 € instead of 13,00 €.

Also, when I add an ingredient with decimal, let’s say 1,50 €, in the summary of the cart the price of the added ingredient is 51,00 instead of 1,50 €

Unfortunately it seems I cannot post any screenshots, but they are available, if you want, or you can test directly the website.

Could you please fix these bugs, eventually providing us with a quick fix, since I have to be ready live in a couple of days?

    Thanks a lot.

You can see it on: https://pizzerialagustosa.domiciliofood.it/

    Dear Nicola,

It’s not a bug of our plugin. Please remove “,” from the Decimal separator to get rid of the issue because “,” is not a valid Decimal separator. Please use “.” like this https://prnt.sc/vhqtm6

    Dear Support Theme,
    Thanks for your answer.

The price is set, in the product, to be, let’s say: 10 € (see here), without decimal separator and decimal digits, which are added by WooCommerce (see here).

The correct separator in Italy for decimals is “,”.
I’ve had no problem with WooCommerce or any other plugin, regarding this, so I think you should deal with it, for the sake of internationalization.

See the issue here and here: see added ingredient is 1,5 € but “Prezzo aggiunte” (added ingredients price) is 6 €.

Could you please dig into it?
    Thanks a lot.

    Dear Nicola,

We have listed this in our plugin update list. We will try to fix this in our next update of the plugin because there have some calculation issues for the Decimal separator sign.
