Front End Support Please!

Hi there,

thank you for making a great plugin, I was hoping to get some support

I am putting together this website together and this is my first time doing a food ordering website and your plugin has made it a simple process to do so.

Although I am having the following issues: – Please view screenshots here https://imgur.com/a/9YpVYnp

1. “account” icon and text just keep bouncing. Not entirely too sure how to hide or remove.

2. I can’t seem to see the option of what time to pick up.

3. The “orders” tab on my account page takes me to 404

4. I don’t have the “Custom order confirmation page” – as per FoodBook screenshots on envato.

I feel like I’m missing some pages / elements. Any help and guidance would be appreciated

– It’s all about your theme issue. The style (CSS) is getting from your theme, it’s not coming from FoodBook. In this issue, you could check this out using another theme.

2. I can’t seem to see the option of what time to pick up.
– Please check out the documentation https://themelooks.net/documentation/plugin/foodbook/ to set deliver/pickup time.

3. The “orders” tab on my account page takes me to 404
– It can be the WooCommerce settings issue or the theme issue. We are sorry to say that we are not familiar with the issue.

4. I don’t have the “Custom order confirmation page” – as per FoodBook screenshots on envato.
– Maybe it’s conflicted with your theme. Could you please provide a screenshot of the order confirmation page?

– It’s all about your theme issue. The style (CSS) is getting from your theme, it’s not coming from FoodBook. In this issue, you could check this out using another theme.
When I remove foodbook, it works like normal again but okay I’ll touch base with my theme support.

2. I can’t seem to see the option of what time to pick up.

Some parts of your documentation is extremely vague, I have set a pick up / delivery time. and it’s still not showing

What woocommerce settings issue can it be? I understand you are not woocommerce but surely you could possibly guide me in the right direction.

I can’t seem to find much in my theme settings either. Any help would be appreciated

Is there a theme you recommend?
