HOSIKA front page domain search

please help me to get my front page domain search work with whmcs. i m using your whmcs template and need your guidance to work this search option with whmcs

i linked it https://www.w3in1web.com/sysw/cart.php?a=add&domain=register

but my issue is when I enter domain name and clink the search button it should take that name to whmcs search page but it is empty.

please let us know a fix for this.
