Import Demo Data Error 404

Hello Tech Support;
I click on the Import Demo Data button and after few minutes get the error 404 why?

It a server requirements mainly it’s Memory Limit and Maximum Upload File Size issue. Please check out this article https://www.themelooks.org/documentation/exopress/2019/02/05/system-status/ and update your server status to import the demo data successfully.
