Please try to edit with a different browser. Moreover, please let us know your WordPress version, the theme version that you are using and the hosting server PHP version.

As there has no issue with our theme, that’s why we didn’t have any scope to try those possible solutions.

So, please let us know your WordPress version, the theme version that you are using, the plugin list and the hosting server PHP version to understand why the issue raised.
