Remove Cart, Stars, basic list configuration – is that possible

We are a pizza shop, lokoing to use the plugin first as an online menu, and then add the ordering and other options options. So we are looking to create a basic menu, or list of items, with no images, no stars, and no “Add To Cart Button” do we have this as an option?

The goal is to eventually move towards the ordering online, but these guys want it done a certain way.

Please check out this screenshot http://prntscr.com/1vxodw8 to get the option to hide the “Add to Cart” button and use the custom CSS below to hide the image & starts.
