Is it possible to make the social icons on the top right of the header open up in a new tab instead of leaving the site?

Please Note: our theme is all about those features that available in our theme. If you need extra or different features then you need to customize the them with your own or you need to hire someone else to customize the theme based on your needs/requirements.
