Sound notification

Hi, I started new thread as requested.

In previous thread I mentioned sound notification only works when I click on new order tab, but this is no good for me as I need the notification when the actual order is placed.

You sent me a reply, but all that does is allow me to change the sound. I need the notification to sound when an order is incoming.

This is one of the most important features for me and the reason I chose to buy this

Additionally my dev just sent me the following message: “One thing more ask them the book manager and kitchen manager page also not showing the dashboard they are set from the plugins settjnga but not showing the dashboard”

The notification sounds one-time when a new order placed. If you want a continuous sound then you could check the checkbox that shows in this screenshot https://prnt.sc/wbc6g8

If you still having a sound issue then please remove your browser cache and check the browser audio permission https://prnt.sc/wc4sjz or https://prnt.sc/wc4w2c and Allow

Hi, as mentioned before the sound doesn’t happen when order is placed. It only works when I manually press the new orders tab. If I am in kitchen I will not receive any notification when the order is placed. The screenshot you sent me is to upload different sound

Yes, all that does is loop the sound, which isn’t the issue. But the sound only comes when I manually press the new order tab.
