vps JSON slider not working

the vps json slider doesn’t send values to display for whmcs 7.5.1 cloud_slider order template, but it sends values to all other order templates. Please update the GREENSSD vps slider with WHMCS cloud_slider.

First of all, there has no relation with the JSON file (for VPS slider of the HTML template) with the WHMCS cloud_slider order template. Also, there has no issue with our WHMCS template, please check out our WHMCS demo http://billing.ywhmcs.com/cart.php?gid=4&systpl=GREENSSD as a reference.

Moreover, we are providing WHMCS Template by customizing WHMCS default six Template’s header, footer and color ONLY based on our template. That means we are not responsible and unable to support for WHMCS system. This is because, we didn’t do anything in the system or order template, we just customized WHMCS default six template’s header, footer and color ONLY based on our template.

I know the support doesn’t cover whole whmcs templates. But as you have said that you’re providing working whmcs template, I went through documentation and applied the whmcs order cart link to json file, when I click on “Get the Plan” from the slider, it redirects to whmcs order cart, it doesn’t show the pricings value. Where am I missing to pass value by link to whmcs, Please review and guide to <href> accurate link. Also this comes under active support.

Based on our experience on WHMCS there has no link/URL that can get from WHMCS to redirect to the WHMCS pricing value.
