I’m having the same problem, whenever I hit import it jumps to “Error: error (0)” instantly and nothing gets imported.
I’ve gone through all of the steps described at https://www.themelooks.com/documentation/bizdrone/category/installation/ twice now, so I’m pretty sure everything should be good to go.
Is there perhaps any way to figure out a way to make this error more descriptive? Right now my website looks pretty terrible, so I hope this can be solved quickly.
