What would be the price to add the slider to the WHMCS Template.

To include the slider in the WHMCS Template, I copy/paste the banner slider section of the HTML Template to the WHMCS Template header.tpl file. However the sliders are static and not rotating., please see attached image. Also the First Menu Icon does not work when clicked. Please advice what I need to do to fix it.
