How do I turn off or have text 100% bold or non-bold?

Under Education and Experience, the text will be one letter in BOLD and the next in NON-BOLD.

The same in the pricing section.

When testing the contact box on the main page (at the bottom), it says:

‘There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.’

Could you let me know how to fix it so that it works?

For my cover pic, how to modify it so that it is visible in the mobile view?

It is perfect on desktop. However, the full width is not visible in mobile view – even when turning the phone horizontally. It has cut off 30% of the picture from the right.

When looking at the video I added, it is covered in the full width.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Second, how to switch off the testimonial animation / scrolling > specifically Testimonial Content 1, Testimonial Content 2, etc. ?

I want the transition from one to the other to either A) be slower or B) to be done manually.

If you could assist, I would appreciate it.
