hi,
ok, let’s summarize. I have on two different wordpress instances – 1 x version 3.1 (gentges.de) and 1 x version 3.3 (http://andreasbursche.de.w01a13de.kasserver.com/) both have the display problems (still) of the header on iOS devices. This problem does not exist with your demo site http://themelooks.net/demo/cvit/wordpress/
now you have looked at an instance with admin rights and say everything is OK.
why is the header on both instances not the same as on your demo site where it looks exactly the same on iOS and Android?
where do I not understand something?
hi, I sent you an email with access data etc. via the form in themeforest. unfortunately you can’t attach anything there. I hope it’s enough for you. so far I haven’t received any feedback – no confirmation mail etc.. –
hi, thanks for the feedback. it’s a little depressing that it affects your template and you can’t fix it. you didn’t address my comment that the problem only occurs when I add one of your “sections” to the page. without a section, the header works without problems on ios devices. nothing to say about that?
through the countless testcases I have found that the problem occurs as soon as a section from you is included on the page.
hope this helps to find the cause of the problem
hello, just to make sure I expressed myself correctly. there is the problem that on ios devices with safari the header images are scaled very, very high and depending on the image you only can see very large pixels of the objects. on android devices it works in google chrome in firefox and in brave browser without problems.
Are you trying to say with your answer that you don’t have a solution for a correct display on iOS devices?
thank you
best regards
