I am not saying you have written code for rotating image, but when HD images come into that image tag, it automatically rotates. Please check the same in your code and reply.

See this, this is another issue with image on profile page. Same image in mobile looks perfect but not in laptop/desktop.
Please test with different hd images in your code or just copy paste my image url in your code and test.
