I am using updated version of HostWHMCS theme and HostWHMCS Core plugin.
I am very upset with the above reply.
I found the solution, HostWHMCS theme is using Redux – Gutenberg Blocks Library & Framework.
I uninstalled Redux Plugin and installed again. Now I am able to save the changes in theme options.
