IS THERE ANY WAY TO DO THAT TYPE ?

why beacuse the text has the ability to change the color when we scroll

see before i scroll : https://prnt.sc/fezpbs

after i scroll : https://prnt.sc/fezpmi

but when we setup logo ther is no way for color change and ther is no way to change the logo when we scroll

first of all our logo not suited for the colour of navbar

please give us a solution for this , hope you people understand !

but i have tryed with color 1

changed in head.tpl file of whmcs

Our Website is seems slow due to WordPress theme

The error :
