I mean I would but really it’s a problem with the product you sell, rather than anything specific on our own site. As I’ve looked at other sites who use the same theme and posted their links on here and it happens to them as well. So is it really worth $30 for me to pay, for you to look into a bug with something you actually sell? I’m not so sure.
Also your support policy states the following: “We offer free support for all of our products, if you encounter issues while using our products”
I would happily pay if it was some sort of custom change or custom coding request but it really isn’t.
