Footer Links – Not clickable

The footerlinks on certain pages such as the contact page are not clickable (https://www.iracknet.com/contact/)

From further testing, this can happen to all of the pages apart from the homepage. I can get the links to work If I resize the browser window to make it smaller and the links work. If I then tell the browser to cover the whole screen – The links stop working.

Happens in Chrome and Firefox. Maybe some code is broken within the theme? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It seems this isn’t just set to our site as well. Looking at other peoples sites posted in this forum who use this theme – The exact problem is also there.

I mean I would but really it’s a problem with the product you sell, rather than anything specific on our own site. As I’ve looked at other sites who use the same theme and posted their links on here and it happens to them as well. So is it really worth $30 for me to pay, for you to look into a bug with something you actually sell? I’m not so sure.

Also your support policy states the following: “We offer free support for all of our products, if you encounter issues while using our products”

I would happily pay if it was some sort of custom change or custom coding request but it really isn’t.

Moreover, it’s not possible to do not work footer links on a specific page. Because the footer content comes from widgets and shows everything similar in all pages.

Please review this screen capture that hopefully shows the issue I’m seeing on the site and also on other sites who use this theme. I’ve tried this on various browsers and computers, even got my friend to check it out as well and has similar results.

The above shows that the links on the contact page do not start to work until the browser window is resized to make it smaller. The hover effect on the phone number and email address also has the same problem.
