    I have added the VPNSF plugin to my existing Ecohosting template as i want to offer voip but on activating the plugin i get a 500 error from wordpress

    Im getting the error:

    [15-Nov-2017 04:38:34 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class CMB2_JS in /home/stadmin/public_html/wp-content/themes/ecohosting/inc/eco-framework/eco-custom-meta/CMB2_JS.php on line 11

    im assuming this is because CMB2 is installed as plugin already on my site so how can i correct this error to get this plugin working please?

    I actually bought the BizWalls template with it installed… ive emailed thru the details of that transaction as instructed

    Hi Steve,

    We have reviewed and checked that you have not purchased our VPNSF plugin to use separately with another theme. So, you have not a permission use the VPNSF plugin separately with other theme instead of BizWalls.

    In this issue, you must have to buy the VPNSF plugin (https://codecanyon.net/item/virtual-phone-number-selling-form-wordpress-plugin/19936185) to use separately with another theme.

    Moreover, you need to customize the theme to make compatible with a plugin. This is because, all plugins don’t support all themes by default.
