1. Goto Bluishost Options -> Footer to edit footer-related content. If you want to edit Footer Widgets then goto Appearance -> Widgets

2. Based on our logo it’s 124px x 17px

For the WHCMS template, you will find all of the footer content in the footer.tpl file and header content in the header.tpl file.

Moreover, there are no separate orderforms available. We provided support WHMCS default orderforms with our template that maybe you have seen on our demo.

Furthermore, we didn’t understand your last issue. Could you please explain in detail?
