    Hi Team,

the FAQ Content element shows some kind of dash symbol in both closed and open states after the “Question” text.
    https://ibb.co/fpWGJU
Could you please change this to something dynamic, e.g. to a “+” symbol in closed state and a “-” symbol in opened state? Like this, visitors will see directly that those are drop down elements that can be opened/closed.

    Thank you
    Mike

    Hi Mike,

It’s already dynamic from the HTML version of the CVIT theme. You could check out our theme live demo as a reference.

OK. Then it doesn’t seem to work properly on my site. Could you please check the feedback section here (it’s German only): http://www.spieletexter.de
    Thank you!

We have seen that you have customized the theme code http://prntscr.com/knd67h and commented our theme code http://prntscr.com/knd6ie

Sorry, I did not change that in the code. After installing the theme, I created 3 new FAQ content boxes (I did not use the ones coming with the demo – maybe I should have kept them?), and the plus/minus indicator was not working in the first place. I did not make any changes in the code on my side.

Could you please continue helping me in this issue?

I remember having tested 2 plugins for Font Awesome integration: “Better Font Awesome” and “Font Awesome Integration”. Maybe one of those messed with the code?

    #4426

Yes, it’s possible. Please remove those plugins to get rid of the issue.

If I deactivate the FA Integration plugin, then I can’t use the FA Icons I would like to use for my services section: https://ibb.co/dVFEa9

Isn’t there another way around this in order to get the best of both worlds? 🙂

In this issue, use the icon code from here https://fontawesome.com/v4.7.0/cheatsheet/

    Thanks, that worked.

Are you planning to support FA 5.0 some time?

We are not yet planned about this.
