    After editing in WPBakery page Builder module settings and background images fail.
    Open the home page, click Edit with WPBakery page Builder, do not change anything, click save, and modules and background images fail.
    wordpress is fresh, no additional plugins were installed.

    The second question: how to remove the slider from the main page?

    Hi Anton,

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

    In this issue, you need to reselect the images from the media and we recommended using back-end editor (Edit Page) instead of front-end editor (Edit with WPBakery page Builder).

    I uploaded the photos again. I would like to deal with the problem. When I bought the template was written that there is a built-in Visual Composer, it was not. Let at least WPBakery Page Builder works fine.

    We are really sorry for the misunderstanding. The wpbakery team changed their product name. Once the WPBakery Page Builder name was Visual Composer. After then they changed the to WPBakery Page Builder (Formally Visual Composer). Now they remove the word Visual Composer from the name. You could check out their URL http://prntscr.com/m6h0zg it still shows the name Visual Composer.

    Moreover, we will also update the name as they did.

    Good. Then I would like WPBakery Page Builder to work correctly. When you open a page in a visual editor and save it, the page changes.

    I bought a full template and want to use all the plugins that are listed in the description.

    It’s all about WPBakery page Builder issue. That’s why we recommended using back-end editor (Edit Page) instead of front-end editor (Edit with WPBakery page Builder). WPBakery page Builder can’t render every section content correctly. We have also checked some other themes by other author and got the same issue.
