Hi Suppor team,
I connected via Envato then update the theme but my website now looks messy, after the update change.
You need to remove and reinstall the “voifone” Theme, “Voifone Core” and “WPBakery Page Builder” Plugins to get the full updates of the theme.
Please follow the steps below to update the theme.
1. Go to Appearance -> Themes
2. Active another theme & delete the Voifone theme
3. Click Add New -> Upload
4. Upload, install & activate the latest version of Voifone theme

1. Go to Plugins
2. Deactivate & delete the Voifone Core and WPBakery Page Builder Plugins
3. Go to Appearance -> Install Plugins
4. Install & activate the latest version of the plugins

I understand for the update I need to remove and reinstall but how it will become my page settings, and design, like a before updates?
Am I need to design my website again ?
All content will be in the same place if you follow our steps. No problem, you don’t lose any content and design.
We have followed all the steps to update the theme but we had the same issues, you can see issues that we face on below screenshots

We have reviewed your website and we didn’t find any issue like your After update screenshot. Everything is looking your Before update screenshot. Maybe it was your website or server cache issue.
