We have a problem with the appointment form, once configured the file with our mail parameters, we don’t receive mails from website.
When we make a request through the website, a popup show up and say “The message has been sent”.
    What can we do? Thx

    Hi Mauro,

Please provide us a full screenshot of your edited sendmail.php file. Also, provide us your website URL to review.

Based on the screenshot, your modified sendmail.php file is ok. Please check your spam folder. It’s possible to send the email to your spam folder.

Moreover, it can be your hosting server issue. This is because, some hosting servers do not support PHPMailer (sendmail.php). In this issue, you need to contact with your hosting provider.

Please Note: PHPMailer is a 3rd party script. If your hosting server is not supporting this anyway, then there is nothing in our hands to support.

    Best Regards,
