    Hello

    Is there the possiblity that foodbook blocks the email system from woocommerce?

    All emails from Foodbook email settings work. But somehow I did not manage to set up the automatic invoice for the customer sent through email.

    I tried to set it in the woocommerce settings and tried it even with a invoice plugin, nothing worked.

    Can you maybe help me? Thank you

    This feature that you did send by screenshot is not working. So after a order, the customer does not get any email confirmation.
    Can you please check why it is not working? Maybe it’s not a plugin conflict issue, in that case I would need your help.

    You can go for a testorder, I will see that it’s you if you put in the name “foodbook testorder”.

    We are sorry to say that it does not cover the item support because the issue is not related to our plugin. It’s all about the WooCommerce issue because it’s a WooCommerce default feature. There is no relation with our plugin.

    You can order on our live demo to check the issue.

    As we said before, maybe it’s your server or 3rd party plugin conflicting issue. It can be your used theme issue too.
