We are sorry to say that it does not cover the item support because the issue is not related to our plugin. It’s all about the WooCommerce issue because it’s a WooCommerce default feature. There is no relation with our plugin.

As we said before, maybe it’s your server or 3rd party plugin conflicting issue. It can be your used theme issue too.
