Where can I find the basic starting and installation documentation for Virtusky word press theme?

I tried uploading the zip file to wordpress and it tells me the file is too big.
Should i be unzipping the file you gave me and uploading a different file?
If so, then there is a lot more information needed to get all the additional files uploaded. Please advise ASAP the simplest of information that should come with the initial purchase.

Through much trial and error, I was able to get the template uploaded.
But there are so many questions about editing I am not sure where to start.

My Bridge page is called “bridge”
my WHMCS page is called “clients”

the “Bridge” page looks horrible formatting.
The “clients” page looks great except it has a menu and header that I do not know how/where to edit.

Please advise how to edit my WHMCS bridge page.
