    I would like to apply recent update but the readme shows that I need to reconfigure the site (I’d lose my data, page setup, etc.)!

    Do you have step by step instructions to retain my site after the upgrade? It takes significant time to apply page and other configurations for each section of the theme. What is the best way to backup current configuration, apply update and restore my site after theme update?

    If you update the theme using cPanel then no data will lose.

    I do not have cPanel, it’s a WordPress site on my own Ubuntu server. Do you have instructions on updating the theme without cPanel?
