When I go to the blog page I can’t see the whole menu as the home page (check screenshot https://ibb.co/Q6H2NDF). how I can make the whole menu i have on the home page appear on the blog page as well.
Based on this theme UI and UX the home page menu will not show on the other page. Because the home page menu works on-scroll by clicking on the menu and move to the section. However, when you are on an other page then there will not have any section related to the home page sections. Example: you are on the blog page and there has no about section. So, when you will click on the about menu, the menu will not work, because there is no about section on the blog page.
If you don’t want to use the on-scroll menu on the home page then you could uncheck/turn off the One Page Menu and use/check Primary Menu http://prntscr.com/pre731 to get the similar menu on all pages.
