Hi Viswanath,

First of all, please make sure you have the latest version of the theme and the latest version of WordPress and update your hosting server PHP version to minimum 5.6.25 or newer. Moreover, disable 3rd party plugins, because most issues are caused by a plugin conflict.

i am uisng latest version of php 7.2 and i am using only 3rd party plugins jet pack yoast and one security plugin

As we can see, there has no id and shows all tab content “active” in your website http://prntscr.com/l69tka but it should be shown id and “active” only one tab content. Check out this screenshot as a reference http://prntscr.com/l69t6t

That means it’s conflicting with something. Please find out the issue, because this is not an issue of our theme.
