I purchased the product 6 months ago and it was working since i set it up.
I had to change webhosting and i m not able to install it now, i tried v2.3/2.4 and also on other webhosting without results.
Can you help me to fix the issue?
On my main site i m able to install and it does link to the db but not able to create the admin account or i get error 500 (i use php 7.2.34):
I tried to load it on another host but i get “Please check your network connection” message:
Did you deactivate the license before installing the script on the new domain?
Moreover, it can be your hosting server permission issue. That’s why you are getting the network connection error.
Please check out the hosting server issues listed below and contact your hosting provider to fix the network connection issue.

How do i deactivate the license before installing the script on the new domain?

We have reset your license. Now you will be able to reuse it.
