    Is it possible that the order paid by card does not enter until the payment is made? Right now he walks in and gets confused very easily with canceled orders and the guys serve the order when it’s not paid. A serious problem

    Hello Mario,

    We used the Woocommerce default system for payment processing of an order. There is nothing custom there.

    If you are using an older version of the plugin then please use the updated plugin.

    In the management of orders when the card payment is canceled does not indicate it at any time. Assistant screenshot

    It only indicates Payment by card but not CANCELED.

    i have the same problem with the last update, the credit card cancel the purchase but goes to kitchen as approved, how can i fix that
