If you are using the latest version of the theme and still getting the issue then, please disable 3rd party plugins, because most issues are caused by a plugin conflict.
Moreover, as we have said before we have fixed the issue in our previous update of the theme. Also, we have double checked our theme and there has no issue with our theme.
So, please disable 3rd party plugins to get rid of the issue.
