Change style in ForumUS theme

Hi there. I ordered your ForumUS theme. It’s working great really. However one thing got me confused (even though it said “well documented” that is nowhere mentioned in documentation). Otherwise theme is really cool.

So. When i installed theme i have “Default style” working by default. However i would like to have “Simple Header” style displayed like the one you used here: http://forumstyle.us/forumus/simple-header-version/

So how can i switch between these styles. From “Default” to “Simple Header” or any other in your list (like list presented here http://themelooks.us/demo/forumus/preview/#topic).
