Changing "Hire Me" Form Fields

I love the idea of the “Hire Me” pop-up form, but is there a way to customize that form more by changing, reordering, or removing some of the fields included? I would prefer a more simple form with just Name, Email, Subject and Message fields if possible.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

By the way, the theme already have a contact form and you could use the contact form and hide the Hire Me button from CVIT Options -> Hire Form Settings. This is because, there is no option at this moment to remove the default form fields.

In this issue, you could hire someone else to customize the theme for you based on your requirements.
