Color Problems

Hello I am having problems with the colors on the theme. On the customer testimonial section I have went through and changed every single color however the customer’s names remain the default color of the original theme.

Also I am using wp rocket and when I enable “lazyload” which only optimizes the display of my images..it sets all the colors back to the orginal of the theme even when I change them back. Why is that happening?

Lastly I dont see the theme button layout as an option when using wp bakery..is this the case? Why is that not able to be selected separately and how can I add just a button to a page I am building?

About the testimonial shortcode, please let us know on which version of the testimonial you got the issue?

About the lazyload issue, in this issue, you need to contact with lazyload team to get assistance on the issue.

About the button issue, we are really sorry to say that we have no button shortcode. However, we have listed this in our theme update list. We will try to add some button shortcode in our next update of the theme. At this moment you could use wpbakery default button shortcode http://prntscr.com/mh7ynj

There are two testimonial versions in the testimonial shortcode. We can understand that you are using the testimonial version 01 by seen your screenshot.

I see. Is there a eta on that update? And could you provide me maybe a code I can use to achieve adding a button to a page? Im not that savvy with these kind of things. Also one more consideration in a update please: I have bread crumbs turn off because I only want to see the name of the pages at the top and not the root. The seems to work fine but on a actual blog post page. It dosent show anything at the top at all. Would be ideal to see the name of the blog post in the page header even with breadcrumbs is off instead of showing just blank.

Hello, I have updated the theme using the envato plugin to 1.9 and do not any of the changes listed in the change log. No button option, testimonial colors still have not changed. Etc.

Hi Darrius,

As mentioned in the changelog you Need to remove and reinstall the bluishost Theme and bluishost-core Plugin to get the updates.

Ok I have done this and it worked. But I was told that the blog header issue (where the name of the post would show in the header when breadcrumbs was turned off) would be fixed in this update, but It still shows blank

Also the 404 page was not set when I imported the demo content. How do I set this?

Now as well my footer design is gone. It was the angled footer but now it is just the flat vertical footer at the bottom. This happened after update as well. What has happened?

About the 404 page, you will get all of the options to set in the Bluishost Options. Please check out the screenshot as a reference http://prntscr.com/mjvjlc

About the footer design issue, you need to Enable the Footer Widget of the title from the Bluishost Options. Please check out the screenshot as a reference http://prntscr.com/mjvk43 Based on ThemeForest new requirement they don’t allow the footer widgets Enabled by default.

Blog issue was resolved thank you.
However with 404..I am able to see the options yes, but there is no way to set the page. When I go to the 404 default page its set like this: http://www.website.com/404-2/ and it is a blank page
Also the footer issue was not resolved. Mine was already set to enabled and its still not showing. I even refreshed the it
