Contact Form 7 plugin no longer applying styling to form

Contact Form 7 plugin no longer applying styling to form as I deleted the default form and have created a new one. Please, can you provide the styling required or advise how I can correct this?

Hi Thomas,

First of all, Contact Form 7 plugin doesn’t provide any style by default.

In this issue, you have to use our provided markup to get the style that we have styled for the theme. Please find out the contact form markup from the provided documentation and use the markup to get the style.

No you are missing my point.

The styling on the demo contact us form has been lost because I deleted that form

Now when I put in a new form using contact form 7 it is not styled

How do I get it to use the original styling again?
