    Hi,

    Please I have installed the theme and imported the demo data, i have changed the contact form emails so the emails can be received into my inbox, doing the test I’m receive no details from the sender nor the message body check screenshot https://ibb.co/GWZDF7r also can you advise why I’m have this error https://ibb.co/NVKpMFX in the additional header field “(configuration error) Invalid mailbox syntax is used in the Reply-To field.”

    also please can you check if the below code for the form is correct, because I believe the problem with the message details is because of the code, as when I use a different form the message details appears correctly with no issue, however, the design of the form do changes.

    <div class=”row”>
    <div class=”col-md-6″>
    <div class=”form-group”>
    [text* contactName class:form-control placeholder “Name”]
    </div>
    </div>

    <div class=”col-md-6″>
    <div class=”form-group”>
    [email* contactEmail class:form-control placeholder “Email”]
    </div>
    </div>
    </div>

    <div class=”form-group”>
    [text* contactSubject class:form-control placeholder “Subject”]
    </div>

    <div class=”form-group”>
    [textarea* contactMessage class:form-control placeholder “Message”]
    </div>

    [submit class:submit-btn class:btn–primary “SEND”]

    Hello,

    Thanks for your feedback. Please note that there is an error on the code in the documentation files and it should be replaced by the code below. The word contact has been replaced by your-

    <div class=”row”>
    <div class=”col-md-6″>
    <div class=”form-group”>
    [text* your-name class:form-control placeholder “Name”]
    </div>
    </div>

    <div class=”col-md-6″>
    <div class=”form-group”>
    [email* your-email class:form-control placeholder “Email”]
    </div>
    </div>
    </div>

    <div class=”form-group”>
    [text* your-subject class:form-control placeholder “Subject”]
    </div>

    <div class=”form-group”>
    [textarea* your-message class:form-control placeholder “Message”]
    </div>

    [submit class:submit-btn class:btn–primary “SEND”]

    because using the code on the documentation is you just receive an empty email.

    Thanks

    Hi There,

    Only the form is not responsible to get an email.

    In this issue, you must have to Setting Up Mail (tab) properly to get an email that you want to get using the form.

    Please check this FAQ article about Setting Up Mail https://contactform7.com/setting-up-mail/ to configure the contact form Mail (tab) properly in the proper way.

    Moreover, check out their all FAQs https://contactform7.com/faq/ to get more help.

    Please Note: Contact Form 7 is a 3rd party plugin we used with our theme. In this case, you need to follow their FAQs to understand how Contact Form 7 works.

    Best Regards,
