Contact Form won’t work

Hi I have setup the template but the contact form just keeps spinning and won’t send out. The email is the same as the domain but it still won’t work.

First of all, we are really sorry for the previous reply that created by a scammer who downloaded our free item and created here the account to use that item’s credential and tried to scam with our customers.

Moreover, We have double checked everything and there has no issue with our theme. Please check your spam/junk folder to find out the email.
