Creating the 1 page layout

Hi. I’m a little confused. After buying the CVIT theme, I uploaded with no problems and installed the plugins it recommended.

I can’t figure out how to create a 1 page layout like those in the demos. I’m guessing it’s something to do with when you are creating a new page but am not sure. How do I do this?
