    Dear,

    When looking at the page vendor/reviews, the page seems broken. (see image: https://prnt.sc/ynnujx)

    We did a quick test; when setting a different theme (Dokan theme), it does work, so its seems to be an issue with your theme (Karton).

    Could you please provide some support.

    Dear Valerie,

    We are sorry to say that we provided support for the Dokan Lite plugin and “Reviews” is a feature of Dokan Pro.

    If you want to make compatible Dokan Pro with Karton then you need to customize the theme with your own or you need to hire someone else.

    Dear Themelooks,

    This is actually in the Dokan Lite version. We bought the pro version, but have not activated it yet as we are still on the development environment.

    So I would say this is a bug. Could you please provide some support?

    May I also point out that I do not find any information that your theme would only support the free version of Dokan.

    We didn’t find the Reviews option on our end in the lite version of Dokan.

    Please provide your wp-admin (URL, Username & Password) access using our Envato Market (themeforest) profile contact form https://themeforest.net/user/themelooks#contact (screenshot as reference http://prntscr.com/gkmr2r ) including this support topic link as a reference to review the issue to fix.
