Moreover, you need to uncheck the canvas menu http://prntscr.com/lz8xrh for your primary menu. However, you could select any menu to show as the off-canvas menu. In mobile, the selected canvas menu will show below the primary menu as the primary menu shows in the off-canvas in the responsive devices.

You could check out our theme live demo http://themelooks.us/demo/virtusky/wordpress/ as a reference to understand the logic/theme. In the desktop, there has an off-canvas menu that is different to the primary menu and in the mobile, the off-canvas menu shows below the primary menu.

Thanks for that. Last question for me..for your whmcs instance how did you remove the logo so it dosent show both on the wordpress site and the whmcs site?

In the issue, you need to use the below CSS to hide the logo. Because it comes from WHMCS.
