    the domain search form does not pass the values correctly into the WHMCS domain cart page.

    I have added a second form on the page using the WHMCS default code: (domain removed for obvious reasons)
    <form action=”https://xxxxxxx.uk/customers/cart.php?a=add&domain=register&#8221; method=”post”>
    Find your Domain: <input type=”text” name=”query” size=”20″ />
    <input type=”submit” value=”Go” />
    </form>

    This correctly passes the domain name entered in the form into the WHMCS cart page but the inbuilt Green SSD form does not.

    Thanks

    Hi Richard,

    We apologize for the inconvenience. Somehow, the name attribute from input element is missing from our template.

    For a quick solution follow the steps below:
    1. Open .html file (for example, index.html)
    2. Find the comment Domain Search Form Start
    3. Add the name attribute as show in the screenshot (Screenshot: http://prntscr.com/g8blg7)

    However, we have listed the issue in our template update list. We will fixed the issue in our next update of the template.

    By the way, thanks to inform us about the issue.

    Please don’t forget to give us ‘rating and review’ (on https://themeforest.net/downloads ), if you like our template and our support too. It will give us inspiration and make us more ‘happy’ to support.

    Best Regards,
    ThemeLooks Support Team
