    Hi,

    When trying to update the FAQ’s and Domain Pricing in WordPress, I can click on the FAQ tab on left hand side of WordPress but when I want to edit the content in the dropdown menu of the FAQ’s e.g. FAQ 1 and edit it, the drop down button does not work. I can not edit the content as I can not get to it, so I am unable to use the FAQ features or the Domain Pricing features.

    Hi Michael,

    First of all, please make sure you have the latest version of the theme and the latest version of WordPress, and update your hosting server PHP version to minimum 5.6.25 or newer. Moreover, disable 3rd party plugins, because most issues are caused by a plugin conflict.
