Based on your screenshot it’s conflicted with your installed 3rd party plugins. In this issue, please deactivate all of the 3rd party plugins except our theme required plugins to fix the issue.

However, this is all about that it’s conflicted with your installed 3rd party plugins. Because we previously provided you some support and then everything working perfect and we have seen you have customized the theme based on our instruction.

Please find out and confirm us when the issue raised and what you did before the issue raised?

Hi, i deleted all the plugins that are not requiered by the theme https://ibb.co/bwZQ8J. Still have the same problem
All i did was to update the wordpress and the plugins installed

First of all, we are really sorry for the previous reply that created by a scammer who downloaded our free item and created here the account to use that item’s credential and tried to scam with our customers.

Moreover, we have updated the theme on ThemeForest. Please download and use the updated theme to fix the issue. Furthermore, please check out the changelog before the update.
