Please deactivate the EnterAddons plugin. EnterAddons is not a required plugin for Bluishost theme. It’s a recommended plugin you can use. If it’s causing an error then deactivate it for now.

What’s the reason why the plugin is not working – its been a month and i still can’t successfully import dummy content because the plugin is not working.

How can i request money back because the them has not served its purpose

EnterAddons is not a required plugin to import the demo data of the Bluishost theme. It’s a recommended plugin you can use. If it’s causing an error then deactivate and delete it doesn’t need to run the Bluishost theme.
