ERROR 500

I have purchased 2 scripts WhoisBooks and WhatsIPs and both of them give me error 500 when I try to access the: Pages, Menu, Quick Links, Features… Basically, I can not customise the app

I did follow the instructions and I have tried to install both scripts on different hostings but is not working. Is seas the all scripts that you build has these issues?
